I am a Certified Personal Trainer, author, transformation artist and strength strategist specializing in weight loss, weight gain, strength training, core development and so much more. I am passionate about helping others overcome challenges physically, emotionally and spiritually. Affectionately called Coach Renee by my clients and basketball players. YOUR goal is my MISSION!

One-on-One virtual training includes nutrition guidance, healthy eating tips and workouts to ensure the best results for each client. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. I take your fitness goals seriously and understand that losing weight, eating healthy as well as gaining muscle is challenging. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles to reach your goals. Customized workout plans and nutrition guidance also available.
Virtual Group training includes live workouts via Zoom. Each class is 45 minutes long and are intermediate level. These group training sessions are designed to motivate, inspire and make you sweat. Training includes, High Intensity, Strength, Body Weight, Core training and much more. These sessions are subscription based and includes a minimum of 4 classes to attend.

Nutrition is a pillar to a healthy lifestyle. Healthy living has different meanings for different people. I have had the pleasure of working with Renee for almost two years as my personal trainer. I completely change my body and health. When I started working with her, I had terrible knee pain due to osteoarthritis. Renee knew how to modify the exercises to accommodate this problem yet still push me and make the exercises challenging. Since that time I am so much stronger and am now able to engage in the activities I enjoy and the knee pain has dramatically decreased.
